SHOPPING CRAZE!!!!
I went by to M'sia today for the
third time this wk. Dun be mistaken, its not that I miss M'sia so much that I went there so many times. It just so happens that Li Wen and her dad wanted to go there for shopping too so I'm def. not going to miss this chance. hehe...(as if M'sia is that gd:P)
Oh well, so the four of us first walked some distance to an Indian coffeeshop to have our breakfast. Murtabak!!(dunno if I spelled the name correctly a not, and no pics were taken were taken cos I forgot where my cam was) Its actually a layer of egg on the outside with chicken and lamb inside. Overall, the taste was not bad, Li Wen's dad was so kind to treat us to the food there and help us pay for the taxi fare!! Really have to thank him!!:)
Since it was only 9.30am at that time, the shops weren't open yet so we thought of going to Holiday Plaza first. Hailed a cab nearby which took about 10 mins before reaching our destination. YES!!! This is the main reason why I went there, Holiday Plaza. Always heard from Li Wen how gd that shopping centre was, with all the CHEAP AND NICE clothes over there. u know how broke I'm always complaining I was, so curious mi wanted to take a look for myself how GOOD it was.
Indeed, t turned out to be a rather good shopping experience over there. Some things there were really cheap, so when I saw the things I liked, provided looking at the price tag too, I simply grabbed them up without realising the fact that I've spent a total of RM50 buying all the things. But after all it was worthwhile because when u convert this amt to Sing dollars, its only around $23!!!
Here's a list of what I've bought/spent on:
- Strawberry flavour McFlurry(Eaten the first thing we get there, despite the rain, we proceeded on eating. This taste so much better than the Oreo flavour!!! And I liked it so much!! Too bad Singapore doesn't have it, but after all this is def. worth a try!! For all the ice-cream lovers.)
- A blue T-shirt
- A belt
- White tube(if not for my other shirt whereby I have to wear something inside first, but I bought it because it is CHEAP too, costing RM5.90 ONLY)
- Necklace
We didn't get to finish shopping the whole of the shopping centre cos Li Wen's dad was rushing for time to go back. In fact, we only get to shop at the first level. As I've mentioned earlier, the shopping experience was GREAT even though I didn't get to buy the hairband and 3/4 jeans I wanted. But well, I must admit it was FUN shopping with Li Wen and her dad!!!
I will def. be going there to continue the shopping again in say, 2 mths later? Meanwhile saving money so that I have enough to spend. I'm enjoying myself thoroughly before the term starts again. Giving ppl like mi going siansss...I hate sch bcos I cannot get to wake up as late as I want to be. Well well, whatever it is, I have to stay positive and keep myself "LOOKING FORWARD" to the reopening.
That's about all I have to say for today. Tmr's going to be a tired day again.
